Seattle 's Catholic Northwest Progress newspaper carries
a story in its January 11 edition titled "A new voice for pro-life" and
describes the Washington State Chapter of Democrats for Life of America.
It includes interviews with Chapter Board Member Rep. Mark Miloscia, and
Chapter President Casey Bui, and provides an excellent explanation of the
differences between pro-life Democrats and pro-life Republicans.

The Democratic Party has long stood for values that empower the people with dignity, honor and responsibility.
For far too long the right to life has been an issue for "the other guys."
But not anymore.
The Washington state chapter of the National Democrats for Life movement is working hard to restore the image of what the Democratic party truly stands for — giving hope to those that have none and supporting life for those who wish to have it in its fullness.
It is our goal to reach out to the Democratic Party and show our leaders how its members really feel about the issue of cherishing life.
